Booking Appointment

Please contact us at (647) 347-5533 or book your appointment directly through our website. We require a valid credit card number at the time of scheduling your appointment to confirm reservation.

Upon Arrival

We ask our guests to arrive 5 minutes prior to the appointment, as you will be asked to fill out/update a personal health profile. This profile will outline information that will allow us to provide you with the most appropriate and effective service. If you have any special physical or medical needs, conditions, or considerations, please advise our personnel. This will allow for you to relax and prepare for your treatment to begin on time. 

Cancellation/ Late arrival Policy

If you are unable to make your appointment and need to cancel or reschedule you must provide us with a minimum 24 hours notice. Please understand that you will be charged in full of your service price if you change your appointment without the minimum notice as well as no shows.

If you arrive late we will do our best to provide you with the best treatment possible in the time remaining for the booking you reserved. Your treatment will end on time, so that the next guest will not be delayed.  If re-booking is required, cancellation charges will apply.

Refund Policy

Products refund will be processed on unopened packages, with original receipt, within 15 days of purchase, a 15% processing fee will be applied. Refunds will be processed on the item(s) purchased and not on incurred charges such as shipping fees and alike.

There are no refunds on all services rendered.
